The best way to learn about a culture is through its cuisine. Dim Sum has its roots from the silk road. Small bite-size food served on small steamer baskets, usually with tea on the side. In every Chinese family, there will be a wok sitting in their kitchen. Chinese uses a wok to cook most of their dishes.
The cooking class starts at 10:00 am in our kitchen. Our hands-on cooking class includes an in depth explanation of the ingredients used and of Chinese cuisine. You will have the chance to make your own Dim Sum and use a wok! Afterwards you will eat the food you cooked with the other classmates and can compare the results.
