Hong Kong Travel Plan
We’ll introduce you to where you should travel and when, so you can plan to have best experiences during your adventures across China. Looking ahead to autumn, it’s be the best time of the year to travel to Hong Kong – this week’s Travel Plan.
Starting in October, the humidity stays relatively low and there is plenty of sunshine – without the scorching temperatures. Spending time outside is pleasant, whether on a boat floating along Victoria Harbor, or strolling through Hong Kong’s many markets. It’s also the best time to hit the beach!
Travel and lodging may be more expensive during China’s Golden Week Holiday, October 1st-8th. Plan accordingly.
In November and December, temperatures cool off a bit – ideal for hiking in Hong Kong’s beautiful hills and valleys. In addition, the Ngnoc Ping Cable Car offers amazing panoramic views of the city and the sea as it travels up to the Ngong Ping area. From there, travelers can visit the Po Lin Monastery, Tai O fishing village, and Ngoc Ping village – all famous sites in the western part of Lantau Island in Hong Kong.
Don’t forget that autumn is also the best time to visit Hong Kong’s neighbor, Macau. Fascinating history can be explored at Na Tcha Temple, Temple of A-Ma, and at the ruins of St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church. But Macau is most famous for the adventure and excitement that seems to be contained inside its vast array of dazzling casinos and atop Macau Tower.
Travel prices are likely to rise as autumn approaches, so start planning your adventure to Hong Kong and Macau now! Plan ahead and know that you have an incredible experience to look forward to this year!
