General Terms of Booking

General terms of booking with ChinaClickGo.com platform and with Suppliers of tours and other touristic services, promoted on the ChinaClickGo.com platform

For the purpose of this paper, ClickGo Limited and ChinaClickGo.com are regarded as the same entity and will be named just ChinaClickGo.com

These terms of booking are divided into two parts:

I. General terms of booking with ChinaClickGo.com, Hong Kong
II. General terms of bookingwith suppliers of tours and other touristic services

ClickGo Ltd. provides visitors and suppliers of touristic services with the ChinaClickGo.com booking platform. The contracts are concluded between users and suppliers of touristic services via ChinaClickGo.com booking platform. ChinaClickGo.com provides only the service of connecting between the sides and is not a contracting party for booked tours and other touristic services.

  1. General Terms of Booking with ChinaClickGo.com, Hong Kong


These general terms of booking control the usage of the ChinaClickGo.con booking platform when the customer book a service. In addition, customers also advised to read the “Terms of use and Privacy Statement of ChinaClickGo.com”.
Upon booking a tour or other touristic services, you agree to these general terms of booking, the “Terms of use and the Privacy statement of ChinaClickGo.com” as the contents of your legal relationship with ChinaClickGo.com and the mediated supplier, respectively.

  1. Booking a tour\ touristic service

In order to book a tour or a touristic service, you need to enter personal information that will, as far as necessary,be forwarded to the mediated supplier during the course of the booking process.

  1. Eligibility to register

Booking is restricted to actionable persons. In the case of booking on behalf of a company or a legal body, the person conducting the booking must have proper authorization to act in the name of the company or legal body, respectively.

Customers need to make a booking with their official name. Bookings under a pseudonym are not allowed. ChinaClickGo.com may choose to delete a booking under wrong names, pseudonyms etc., without notice.

  1. Truthful information

The customer is required to provide accurate and valid information. ChinaClickGo.com is not liable, if a booked service cannot be carried out or other damages occur, because of invalid or non-accurate information.

  1. Communication

Booking a certain service, payment processes, cancellation of the booking etc. need to be conducted on the ChinaClickGo.com platform. All necessary forms will be provided to the customer online upon starting the booking process and until the booked service was completed. Otherwise there may be difficulties in the proper completion or termination of the contract. In this case, ChinaClickGo.com is not liable.

  1. Non binding

The published tours and other services are non-binding offers.

  1. Booking process

To book a specific tour or other touristic service, the customer needs to fill all the required information on the relevant tour page at the ChinaClickGo.com platform. All information entered has to be accurate. To complete the first step of the booking process, make sure you press the “Book It Now” button. The rest of the booking process will be completed using the online platform, including payments, booking confirmation and other service related issues.

  1. Obligation concerning a booking request

A confirmation of availability of a requested tour or other touristic service will be sent to the customer’s email by the supplier and via the ChinaClickGo.com platform after submitting the booking form on-line and within 2 working days.

Please note that due to holidays, time zone differences and other technical issues, this process might be delayed. In case you did not receive any reply after 2 working days, please contact us.

  1. Acceptance by the supplier

Upon acceptance of the deposit, the process of booking between you and the supplier becomes effective. The charges for the booked service will be deducted from your credit card via PayPal or another gateway. If the supplier declines the request, the contract between you and the supplier of the service does not become effective. You will be notified for the acceptance or non-acceptance of your request via e-mail.

The supplier provides the agreed services under his own behalf and on his own account.

  1. Eligibility of the customer

The supplier may set eligibility requirements for his tours and other touristic services. All these requirements can be found under each product description. You are self-responsible to fulfill these requirements. The supplier is entitled to disapprove or exclude you from a certain service, in case that you do not fulfill the requirements. In this case, there will be no refund of deposit.

  1. Communication with ChinaClickGo.com

ChinaClickGo.com service center conducts booking confirmations, as well as all other communication via the online personal customer area. All messages will reach the costumers email address, thus the customer should register to the website and provide accurate and valid email address. It’s advised for the customer to also check his spam folder for any mails from ChinaClickGo.com that might reach there. After receiving notifications from the ChinaClickGo.com website, please add the relevant email address to your address book to avoid it reaching the spam folder in the future.

  1. Booking cancellation, terms and policy

To cancel a booking please log in to your personal area and send a message to your tour or touristic service provider representative with your cancelling request.


Every tour and touristic service should have a cancellation policy described on its page on the ChinaClickGo.com platform. The customer can also find the cancellation policy on the booking voucher provided after booking confirmation. In order to cancel your booking, the cancellation policy on the ChinaClickGo.com voucher is authoritative. We advise the customer to carefully read the information on the ChinaClickGo.com voucher first. 

If there is no cancellation policy stated on the ChinaClickGo.com voucher, the following cancellation charges will be imposed on the customer:
• Up to 4 working days before beginning of the activity: full refund of deposit
• 3-0 working days before beginning of the activity or no-show: no refund of deposit plus a full charge or tour or touristic service will be charged via PayPal

The customer reserves the right to demonstrate that the supplier suffered a smaller loss through the cancellation, than indicated by these rules.

The refund will be made within 20 working days by crediting the credit card used and via PayPal platform.

If the credit card payment before the use of the booked service is not honored or revoked, this will be considered as a booking cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. Further claims for damages are reserved.

  1. Reviews and complaints

Upon completion, the customer will receive an email form ChinaClickGo.com asking him to review the booked service. ChinaClickGo.com aims to create a meaningful and accurate profile of each supplier we promote on our platform. Therefore, your review assists us with monitoring our supplier’s performances to make sure they keep ChinaClickGo.com standards.

The customer is obliged to make only factual and truthful statements. Inaccurate, irrelevant, insulting comments etc. will not be published on-line. ChinaClickGo.com is explicitly reserves the right to not publish and not deal with such reviews without giving further reasons. ChinaClickGo.com also has the right to exclude the customer from further use of the ChinaClickGo.com Booking Platform in the future.

In case of a complaint, ChinaClickGo.com will forward the review to the supplier for an answer and will publish both the review and the answer on the ChinaClickGo.com platform.

  1. Direct messages to the supplier

The customer currently cannot make a direct message to the supplier. If needed, please connect the ChinaClickGo.com service center cannot help.

  1. Legal relationship with ChinaClickGo.com My Wayp.c.m Ltd. provides the customer with the ChinaClickGo.com booking platform, so that you can make an easy online booking of different tours and other touristic services in China, Hong Kong and Macao. The contract relating to the service booked is directly between the customer and the supplier of the service. ChinaClickGo.com is not a contractual partner for the booked service. ChinaClikcGo.com acts solely as the mediator between you and the supplier of the tour or touristic service.If the customer causes any damage to ChinaClickGo.com, they will be held responsible for it.In making a booking, ChinaClickGo.com is only liable to the customer in cases of gross misconduct (including gross negligence). ChinaClickGo.com is not liable for slight negligence, auxiliary persons and the mediated supplier and their auxiliary persons. The liability is limited to the immediate damage, excluding consequential damages, loss of profit etc. The liability for punitive damage compensation is also excluded. Further limitations of liability or liability exclusions in these Terms or applicable legal provisions are reserved.The liability for computer viruses, spyware programs and other damages caused by computer programs is excluded.

    If the customer does not complete a booking, he is still subject to these Terms of Use.

    15. Changes of these General Terms of Booking

These General Terms of Booking may be changed by ChinaClickGo.com at any time without prior notice. For each booking, the currently effective terms are applicable. The user has no guarantee that future bookings will be completed under the existing conditions.

  1. Applicable Law
    Legal relations with ChinaClickGo.com are exclusively subject to Honk Kong law. Hong Kong is agreed as the exclusive venue of jurisdiction.

 2. General terms of booking with suppliers of tours and other touristic services


These General Terms of Booking apply to the contracts between the customers who book services on the ChinaClickGo.com platform and the suppliers of tours and other touristic services that are featured on the ChinaClickGo.com platform.

  1. Acceptance of bookings

The supplier only accepts bookings by persons fully capable of acting and with full legal competence. Legal persons have to act by a duly authorized person.

  1. Adequate information

The information provided by the customer to ChinaClickGo.com upon booking must be adequate and truthful. The supplier reserves the right to cancel bookings when incorrect information has been provided. In this case, the deposit paid cannot be refunded.

  1. Arrival at venue and compliance with rules

The customer is solely responsible for timely arrival at the meeting point. In case of arriving to the booked activity from abroad, the customer is personally responsible for the necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.), compliance with health regulations, etc.

  1. Conditions of participation

The customer is personally responsible for compliance with any conditions of participation. The supplier reserves the right to exclude participants, who do not meet these conditions, from the activity. In this case, the deposit paid cannot be refunded.

  1. Binding of booking inquiry

The contract between the customer and the supplier is concluded when the supplier approves the booking. The customer will be notified via e-mails about each of these steps.

  1. Payment

Should ChinaClickGo.com decide to add another gateway option, we will upload more information regarding it.

  1. Claims on right of withdrawal

In case that the applicable law for the contract between the customer and the supplier grants a right of cancellation in favor of the customer, the customer waives that right, to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Personal responsibility for insurance

Insurance is not included in the price. The customer is personally responsible for a sufficient insurance coverage. The extent of insurance need depends on the booked activity.

  1. Payment revoke

In case of revoking the payment PayPal will send ChinaClickGo.com a notification and the customer a request to explain the reason.

If the customer chooses to revoke the payment and is acting in accordance with the cancellation policy as described for each product, his claim to the service benefits will be omitted and his payment will be revoked.

If the customer chooses to revoke the payment in the period of time described at the cancellation policy as “non refundable” or after the service completion, ChinaClickGo.com and the supplier will provide all necessary proves to PayPal to assure PayPal do not allow the customer to revoke their payment.

  1. Exchange of messages

All communication between the customer and the supplier must be held via the ChinaClickGo.com online platform. Full, specific details of contact with the supplier will be emailed to the customer 3 working days prior to service execution date, to avoid last minute changes from the supplier’s side.
All direct messages to the supplier made after emailing confirmation to the customer, and which are not handled through the ChinaClickGo.com online platform, carry no legal effect and are not valid for cancellation purposes.

  1. Cancellation by the supplier

The supplier can cancel the activity without adherence to the cancellation period if weather conditions, government actions and regulation, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger or make carrying out the activity impossible or substantially more difficult.

This is done under exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever.

ChinaClickGo.com will refund the deposit paid for the tour or touristic service following a formal request from the client and only after circumstances were checked by the company and approved for deposit refund.

  1. Exclusion from participation

The supplier has the right to refuse admittance or exclude the customer from an activity if the customer does not meet the eligibility requirements, or if their participation puts the customer or others at risk, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the deposit or price paid can be refunded by the supplier’s decision.

  1. Program changes

The supplier further reserves the right to make minor program changes, if deemed necessary due to unforeseeable or unpreventable circumstances. In such case the supplier and ChinaClickGo.com will not be held responsible for any compensation.

  1. Other conditions

Further conditions or alternative rules can be found on the respective product pages.

  1. Time zone

For time and date calculations, the time zone of the supplier shall apply, meaning China Standard Time (CST), UTC+8

  1. Liability of the supplier of the tour or touristic services

The supplier of the tour or touristic service is liable according to applicable law. The liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Changes of these General Terms of Business

These Terms of Business are subject to change without prior notice. The terms that are valid at the time of each booking shall apply. The customer has no claim that future bookings be completed under existing conditions.

  1. Applicable law

The legal relationship between customers and suppliers of services shall be in each case governed by the applicable law.
